Jewell DGL Series – AC Ammeters/Voltmeters
The moving coil, rectifier panel meters DGL 48/72/96/144 are housed in polycarbonate cases and are suitable for the measurement of AC currents and voltages. Moving coil rectifier instruments measure average values and are calibrated to indicate RMS values, assuming a sinusoidal waveform for frequencies from 40 to 10000 Hz (AC current – 40 to 1000 Hz and AC Voltage – 40 to 10000 Hz). These instruments offer several advantages in switchboards and generating set panels. A number of meters can be mounted in a panel cutout (mosaic mounting). The front glass, bezel, and dial can be easily replaced.
Modutec 0MS & MSQ Series Square Panel Meters
Traditional square meters with the look of the 80s and a low price tag. These have operating zero adjusters and scales printed on translucent plastic, permitting diffused back-lighting using either the external light kit described in “Options” or custom lighting. Installation holes and cutouts are interchangeable with domestic and foreign designs, making product improvement quick and easy.
Modutec MC1 Series – 250° High Torque Taut-Band Movements Meters
Modutec MC1 movements are technically advanced and offer outstanding features not found in other 250° movements. Their unusually small size and their refined taut-band suspension mean high performance in the area of accuracy, tracking, and repeatability. Their unique design includes shock limiters and vibration stops which combined with optional Fluidyne®
viscous damping gives them exceptional durability and stability in difficult environments.
Mounting is usually by means of three tapped brass standoffs which are swaged to either the front or the back of the movement, as ordered, permitting installation within its 1.25″ O.D.
Dials can be mounted to standoffs on the front of the movement; however, MC1 movements are usually ordered with a universal mounting plate (see drawing) installed. This not only serves as a dial mount but also coordinates with the mounting requirements of many domestic and imported movements. Note that front standoffs are not available when the universal mounting plate is installed.
Standard movements come without front and back dust caps. Either or both will be installed when specified on order.
Jewell DE Series – Moving Iron
The moving iron panel meters, DE 48/72/96/144 housed in cases made of molded polycarbonate are suitable for the measurement of AC currents for the frequency range of 15 to 400 Hz and voltages in the frequency range of 15 to 100Hz. Moving iron meters indicate RMS values practically independent of waveform even of high harmonics. An error of indication may occur for extreme waveforms (e.g. phase gating controls) & for frequencies above 100KHz.
These meters offer several advantages in switchboards and generating set panels. A number of meters can be mounted in a panel cutout mosaic mounting. For CT-operated ammeters, dials can be fitted based on CT ratio. Glass and bezel can easily be replaced.
Emico Series 12
Edgewise compact indicator is frequently used to indicate go/no-go circuit condition or as a miniature null type zero-center tuning indicator to indicate balance in position. 5% Accuracy meters incorporate a moving magnet mechanism. Available size 1.375″.
Jewell DS Series – Moving Coil
The moving coil panel meters DS 48/72/96/144 are housed in cases made of molded polycarbonate and are suitable for the measurement of DC current and voltages. These instruments offer several advantages in switchboards and Generating Set panels. A number of meters can be mounted in a Panel Cut out (Mosaic mounting). The front glass, bezel, and dial can all easily be replaced.
Modutec World Meter Series – Windo-Mountâ„¢ Panel Meters
The World Meters incorporate Modutec’s third-generation taut-band/moving-coil movement – unmatched in any competitive production meter, anywhere – with a space-efficient case and dial configuration that takes about 30% less space than conventional panel meters. The result is a rugged and accurate meter with unique and desirable features, at a very economical price.
Modutec 2% Panel Meters 2810/CLE8 Series
Features unique case design, enclosed meter movement with the scales located behind an internal housing for greater dust resistance. Scales can be replaced without chance of damage to the movement. Available in sizes 3.5″ and 4.5″.
Modutec E-Series 2″ Edgewise Panel Meters
Compact edgewise meter only ½” thick. Self-shielding allows users to stack without magnetic interaction. Lightwell provided for backlighting. Available size 2″.
Jewell DPM EINE
The digital panel meter has been designed for industrial applications, which frequently require precise, onsite adjustment of the display range. It can be used in industrial automation and for laboratory uses. DPM EINE measures important electrical parameters in 3 phase 4 wire, 3 phase 3 wire, and single phase network replaces the multiple analog panel meters.
Jewell DG Series – Moving Coil & Rectifier 90° Scale
The moving coil, rectifier meters, DG 48/72/96/144 are housed in molded polycarbonate cases and are suitable for the measurement of AC currents and voltages. Moving coil rectifier instruments measure average values and are calibrated to indicate RMS values, assuming a sinusoidal waveform for frequencies from 40 to 10000 Hz (AC current for frequency range of 40 to 1000 Hz and AC voltage for frequency range of 40 to 1000 Hz. These instruments offer several advantages in switchboards and generating set panels. A number of meters can be mounted in a panel cut-out (mosaic mounting). Front glass, bezel & dial can easily be replaced
Jewell FML Series – Frequency Meters
The pointer type frequency meters, FML 96 and FML 144 housed in molded polycarbonate cases are used for the measurement of frequencies in the range of 45 to 450 Hz. For maximum accuracy, the essential measuring range is obtained by suppressing the unwanted frequency span. These instruments offer several advantages in switchboards and panel cut out. A number of meters can be mounted in a panel cut-out (mosaic mounting). The front glass, bezel, and dial can be easily replaced.
